Terms in plain words.

These terms apply to every commission unless a signed scope says otherwise.

DEPOSIT: Fixed packages: 50% to start, balance on launch. Sprints and builds: 30% on signed scope, then 30%, 30% and 10% against signed gates.
CHANGES: One consolidated round of changes per gate. Any request over one hour is priced and agreed before work starts.
FIRST CONVERSATION: Free, for up to 30 minutes. Further advice is booked as a Clarity Session.
INVOICES: Every invoice shows the full value of the work. Any discount or gift appears as its own line.
OWNERSHIP: You own your content, code, domain and accounts at handover. We keep nothing hostage.
CURRENCY: All prices in South African rand.
